Old Trinity Gothic Revival Church - SOLD

Old Trinity is a timber-framed, shingled church built in 1841-1842. It consists of a central nave, a small chancel, 2 entrances of equal size, and a bell tower which is beyond repair. Old Trinity was designated a Provincial Historic Site in 1991 and deconsecrated in 1997. A Floor Plan is available.

Structural Details:

Walls
 9" X 9" corner posts, 3" X 9" posts at 24" o.c.,
9" X 9" sills & top plates.
Roof
 3" X 9" scissor truss system 48" o.c., 1" X 8" - 1" X 12"
sheathing with sheet metal exterior.
Interior
Lath and plaster barrel-vaulted ceiling and walls. Flooring is 1" X 7" softwood finish with a 1" X 10" softwood subfloor. Baseboard is 6" softwood.
Windows
 All Gothic Revival style, 8 with original stained glass.
Doors
 5 solid board, 1 frame and panel, all Gothic Revival style.
